WHAT YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE:
- Be healthy
- Swimming ability in deep water. Be confident even in water where you can't touch
Costume, hat, t-shirt / lycra, sunglasses, personal wetsuit if available
Valid identity documents
Towel/ Poncho
Energy snacks or something for the snack break
Personal drinking water
NON-competitive sports medical certificate

In the event of events beyond our control, the lesson may be suspended, interrupted or canceled at any time, even without notice.
